Christmas Tree Festival
Every year in Leighton-Linslade, there is a Christmas tree festival. The locations of the festival alternates between St. Barnabas Church Linslade, and All Saints' Church Leighton Buzzard.
This year, the festival is being held in St. Barnabas. Everyone from different groups throughout the community have all gotten together to display their own Christmas trees in the church. There's also been a Christmas craft fair in the hall next to the church. It's an event for everyone including refreshments and a chance to get in from the cool winter air.
This year, the theme was "Ye Olde Christmas", and Becca has done an amazing job planning and organising the St. Barnabas Ringers' Display.
Next to our Tree are Handbell ringers, playing carols outside the church.
As part of the Christmas Tree Festival, many groups come in to perform while people walk around and view the trees. Some of our members joined in with Leighton Buzzard ringers to perform on their bells.
Here they are Performing "Truly Scrumptious", everyone seemed to apppreciate it!
